Titan Ties Heavy Duty Horizontal Restraint Straps are engineered to provide the same performance as traditional 30mm*5mm steel straps, but with the benefit of being 1.5mm thick (to avoid notching of timbers) and being lighter, faster and easier to install. With 8kN characteristic performance, and manufactured from galvanised mild steel to BS EN 10346:2015; the thin profile engineered strap is suitable for both horizontal and vertical restraint applications such as tying timber roofs and floors into masonry walls and for tying down timber wall plates.
