Sliding force: the sliding force of BD DISCARDIT II syringes has been reduced to 300 g to ensure smoother movement of plunger and easier positioning of plunger on required graduation. Leak-tight: BD DISCARDIT II syringes are tested during manufacture to a pressure of 8 kg. (Note that the AFNOR standards only require testing to a pressure of 4 kg).
