This paint is a weather-proof satin enamel specifically formulated for use on all exterior and interior Utility and Meter Boxes. A superior formulation that dries to a luxurious Satin Finish with a rich intense colour. Ideal for all new and restoration work on a wide range Utility Boxes, such as: Gas, Electricity, Water Meter Boxes and similar. Use on all Utility and Meter Boxes at home, work, caravan, hotel, factory, care home, school, boat and similar. Ideal for use on a wide range of substrates such as: previously painted surfaces, UPVC, timber, brick, concrete, ferrous metals, concrete rendering, pebbledash, screeds, fibreboard and similar building materials. Locks out moisture and protects for 5 to 9 years between maintenance coats. Gives a tough, durable and SATIN finish that is easy to clean. Shower proof in 2 to 3 hours and through dry overnight. Easy to apply straight from the tin with a brush or roller. IMPORTANT: If you are painting bare aluminium, bare galvanised steel or similar zinc coated surfaces you will need to prime the surface first, please see our, “HR Etch Primer” in our Amazon store. How to use: 1) Ensure surface is clean and dry. 2) If required lightly rub down the surface with fine grit Wet & Dry to provide a key. 3) Stir the paint prior to use to ensure uniformity. 4) Apply with a good quality brush or roller. 5) Showerproof in around 2 to 3 hours and through dry over-night. 6) Clean tools with a proprietary brush cleaner or White Spirit. 150mls: Which will cover 9 to 12 square feet, subject to the porosity and texture of the surface.
